Change is in the air!
Well the trip up to baltimore turned out to have a happy ending. Nanny got out of the hospital and was doing really well when I left. Sharon remained up there to help take care of Nanny for a few days after she got home from the hospital.
Emergency road trip to Baltimore
While going about the usual things on a typical wednesday we got a call from Sharon's aunt Glenda that they had to take Nanny to the hospital because she was bleeding from somewhere into her stomach and had to get emergency surgery to repair some blood vessels that...
Another lost sole dedication
Today Sharon and I were on our way to a "Liquidation Sale" at a local fairgrounds, and on the way I saw a lost sole, but decided I was not going to photograph it due to the precarious spot where it was on the highway. A few miles down the road when going from I-100N...
The Hand and Foot Show!
Well the Hand and Foot show this month has snuck up on me fast. I just hope I can find the funds to get my images printed and framed halfway decently. This is a small venue in a small town at a small college, but has BIG implications. This is the first ever Hand and...

Looking back on 2008
It has been a bit since I last blogged. Traveling through the holidays to Ohio and Maryland really was chaotic! I had a wonderful time visiting everyone. I actually had a lot of stories to write about but let them slip out of my head. Probably left them somewhere with...
The world lost another good soul today :(
Some months back Sharon and I went down to Port Charlotte for a charity auction benefiting a friend of ours, Rena Dalva, that was diagnosed with cancer. I had donated a manatee painting that I had created for the auction and plus Sharon's sister Rachie was throwing a...
When you wish upon a star…
Once again we were blessed with a wonderful gift to memorialize Noah. Our great friends Beth and Dave registered a star under Noah Charles Hamilton through the Star Registry. And to make it even more special, as the owner of a frame shop, Dave framed it himself. He...
Cincinnati, Ohio
We made it without any problems, we did go through some slick roads due to freezing rain but nothing too bad. I only spotted one lost sole on the way, but found one in Cincinnati pretty quickly. It became my first shoe with snow on it :) As many know, Sharon and I are...
